Mix Me Entertainment Hip Hop Beat Memberships

If you don't have access to your own Hip Hop beat drummer/ maker/ sequencer etc..then this site should save you from having to spit and slobber all over your microphone. This is a handy little site continuosly growing in content and interest -despite membership fees-worth browsing.

For those of you who may be solo artists planning a tour of the UK who may also want to cut down on costs to both your wallets and greenhouse gas emissions by not forking out a fortune in airfares , then here is a handy online classified (or two) which are a slight cut above the rest of the usual drab 'paper' listings.First off, and geographicaly specific to finding UK based band or session players is the aptly named 'Forming Bands' ...any resident Brit can upload an mp3 file to show off their musical skills and find other likeminded artists with similar tastes local to either your own area or the area your planning to tour in. Profile uploading to the site can come in free or paid options ( for those who want extra file space for their music) apart from that the only other payments are very small contact fees (via paypal) when you've find the musician you want.

Ever so slightly better - and becoming closer to an elite social network than a musicians classified is the multi national site Bandmix which again offers paid or free options for residents of Canada, the US, UK and Eire with categories covering all aspects of the music industry. Where bandmix outsrips most other classifieds is in the ability for video profiles which (if you're good) tend to attract much faster results than any other styles of ad listing. Bandmix is a potentialy perfect site -once fully exploited -for artists at any point of their careers -seeking like minded talents and professionals. We're just a little miffed that they did it before us.

More social networks (which are crucial promotional tools for any band wanting to survive through the digital age ) are on our Social Nutwork page (after our Jawdroppers page in the menu box above).

Our next handy tool for bands and artists to get the word out about their music gigs and shows is Gum Tree -an actual partner site to ebay and paypal with free listings available for artists to post in cities world wide in Canada, US , Australia, NZ, Hong Kong, Eire, UK etc....handy features for anyone about to release their first cd or download are in the free option to post a promotional video alongside your advert so people can see and hear your art. Just for show, here are a couple of adverts posted by us for 'The 22'. Gum tree is easy to navigate with adverts posted to an ever growing list of subscribers on a daily basis. Have a sneek peek at the couple we prepared earlier or sign up yourself for free.

Er....um...OK, we need to put some new ads up , but it's a handy tool for free localised publicity and getting the word out for your first tour, gigs, releases etc. More handy titbits, programs and links for new bands are currently being vetted so keep an eye out for some new bits for bands on this page throughout 2009....
